What methods of payment is accepted?
We currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
We also accept debit cards – All debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo may be used.
We do not accept pre-paid credit cards nor CODs.

What may be returned?
Any HERSHEY Brand jewelry design may be returned in its original condition within thirty days from the original purchase date. A refund will be applied within two billing cycles of the credit card used for purchase. Certain HERSHEY Brand jewelry sale designs and all clearance items are considered a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for credit.

How do I ship my return?
A return label will be emailed to you upon request. Simply email us atORDERS@worldtradejewelers.com and place the words: HERSHEY BRAND jewelry RETURN in the subject line. Be sure to include your order number and date of purchase. You must ensure the package for the value paid for the item.
Merchandise refunds will be applied, but standard shipping rates and insurance costs must be paid by the consumer.
The packaging slip must accompany the return. Returns will not be processed without this information.
Any returned items must be in the original packaging and be returned within the original condition. If your item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is sent, you must notify us immediately at ORDERS@worldtradejewelers.com Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Can I expedite my order?
